Banana spinach Paratha-Kela and Palak Paratha-Healthy recipe

I cooked this healthy and tasty breakfast yesterday using palak( spinach) and banana.It is Palak kela Paratha. A new breakfast option for those in search of new variety of breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 bowls of wheat flour
  2. 1 boiled and mashed raw banana.
  3. 1 bowl of palak( spinach) paste
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon chilli ginger paste
  6. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  7. Oil for roasting paratha

METHOD

  1. To the wheat flour add mashed banana, palak paste ,salt ,cumin( jeera) powder, chilli ginger paste and knead a soft dough.To prepare palak paste ,  par boil palak( spinach) leaves  for 5 minutes and then grind it to paste.Palak Paratha
  2. Roll out round Parathas and roast them on a tawa by applying oil on both sides. Serve with curd
