Today let me share with you a yummy , novel paratha recipe – Mutter Paneer Cheese Paratha. You can have it t breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Kids will love these parathas . You can also pack it in their tiffin box.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 cups wheat flour
  2. 1 teaspoon oil for dough
  3. 1 cup boiled green peas
  4. 1/2 cup crumbled paneer ( cottage cheese)
  5. 1/2 cup grated cheese
    1/2 teaspoon chilli ginger paste
  6. Oil for shallow frying
  7. Salt as per taste

METHOD

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to 2 cups of wheat flour
  2. Add a pinch of salt to it
  3. Add little by little water and knead the dough.
  4. Cover and keep it aside.
  5. Grind the boiled green peas
  6. To it add, crumbled paneer and grated cheese
  7. Add salt and chilli ginger paste
  8. Mix well, stuffing is ready
  9. Roll out thin circular roti from the dough
  10. Place the stuffing and cover it
  11. Again gently roll out round paratha
  12. Shallow fry on a tawa on medium flame by applying 1 teaspoon oil on each side
  13. Cook till golden and crispy
  14. Serve with curd and pickle
