Carrot Banana Raita

Let me share with you today , a simple quick and tasty raita recipe- Carrot Banana Raita. All the ingredients used are nutritious and this raita goes well with any type of paratha, pulao or biryani or even steam rice.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 bowl of fresh Curd
  2. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  3. 1/2 cup  finely chopped banana
  4. 1/4 teaspoon chilli ginger paste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  6. 2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
  7. Salt as per taste

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients well
  2. Refrigerate for 45 minutes
  3. Serve chilled
