Let me share with you today one of the most yummiest milkshake recipe- Gulkand Pan Milkshake. Gulkand is rose petal jam and is prepared by mixing special pink rose petals and sugar .The ‘pan’ used in this recipe is nothing but the betel leaf. Gulkand, Pan and milk all have numerous health benefits and so Gulkand Pan Milkshake is one the most refreshing healthy drink. A chilled glass of Gulkand Pan Milkshake would be a perfect dessert after your dinner

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 Betel leaf ( Pan) , chopped
  2. 2 teaspoon gulkand
  3. 2 teaspoon rose syrup
  4. 2 glasses of milk
  5. 4/5 ice cubes
  6. 3/4 almonds , thinly sliced
  7. Rose petals for garnishing

METHOD

  1. Finely chop the Betel leaf (pan)
  2. Blend together gulkand, milk, rose syrup, betel leaf and ice cubes. Sugar is not required as gulkand is sweet but if you still want to make it sweeter you can add according to your taste
  3. Refrigerate it  for 30 minutes
  4. Pour it in the serving glass.
  5. Top it with sliced almonds and rose petals
  6. Serve chilled and get appreciated!!!
