CORN PAKODA MAKKAI BHAJJI
Lets learn today, a crispy easy pakoda recipe – Corn Pakoda. I first tasted this dish at Lonavala and it was super yummy. You can also try my methi pakoda recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Boiled sweet corn
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion greens
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups Gram flour ( besan)
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili ginger paste
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl add the gram flour ( besan)
- To this add the rice flour
- Add salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chilli ginger paste, onions and mix it all
- Add little water and make a batter
- Fry small portions in hot oil on medium flame
- Fry till golden and crispy
- Serve with ketchup and green chutney
